A typical day at Bojesen
The majority of staff at Bojesen work as chefs, trainee chefs, confectioners, trainee confectioners, or as waiters or waitresses, hosts or hostesses. Bojesen also employs around ten administrative office staff who take care of bookings, sales and PR.
