Bojesen at the Tower of Christiansborg Palace

On this page you can learn more about Bojesen’s restaurant Taarnet and book a table for a lunch or dinner.

Traditional food in the heart of the democracy

The Bojesen restaurant in the Tower is the only restaurant at Christiansborg Palace which is open to the public. Here we serve redefined classics from Danish culinary tradition and small delicious cakes rooted in the history of Danish confectionery. Expect delicacies such as herrings from the island of Bornholm, pickled in wooden barrels. Classic home style dishes with a modern twist and a glass of ‘Bjesk’ – a traditional spirit with added herbs.

Taarnet has its own website

Bojesen at the Tower of Christiansborg Palace is a collaboration between Christiansborg, Folketinget – the Danish Parliament – and Bojesen. The Tower has its very own homepage at Find answers to any questions you may have regarding the vantage point and the restaurant. The site also provides information on the current menu and how to book an event at Taarnet.
